Company Profile

Americorp was founded in 1975 by Joe Santoro as a New Jersey window-cleaning company.  Joe Santoro's vision was to build a strong building maintenance company in New Jersey.  That company vision was accomplished.  Americorp has grown to a multi-million dollar company providing a multiplicity of services.  Americorp services buildings from 50,000 square feet to 1 million square feet, providing total facility services.  Facilities serviced daily include office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, research centers and schools.

In the first quarter of 2000 Americorp acquired M&M, another building service company operating in Central New Jersey.  This merger created a company with a wider and stronger base, capable of servicing a broader New Jersey market.
